Card reader payments
For all our card readers, the standard fee is:
- Debit card: 1.69%
- Credit card & NFC: 1.69%
Note: These fees may vary from country to country, but you'll only be charged the fees for the country your SumUp profile is registered to.
Due to the way they are processed, NFC payments may be handled as either debit or credit payments. See our NFC payments guide for more information.
Payment Links (incl. Invoices, Online Store, and Gift Cards)
For any transaction that uses a Payment Link, a standard fee of 2.50% of the total transaction applies.

This fee is also applied for all transactions involving SumUp Invoices, Gift Cards, and Online Store.
