This is on us. Shipping is completely free.
Standard delivery is 3-5 business days. So, as soon as we receive your payment, we’ll process your order and dispatch it. We’ll send you some confirmation and a tracking link via SMS and email so you can keep an eye on its progress.
Note: Be aware, if you pay by wire transfer, it may take up to 3 business days for your payment to reach us.
Check shipping status
We’ll provide a tracking link by SMS or email so you can monitor your order’s progression on the carrier’s website.
If you’re not in when it arrives, your package may be delivered to an access point instead. Check your carrier's instructions on how to retrieve your package. Uncollected packages will be returned to us. Contact our Support team for info on what to do if this happens.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier.
Changing your delivery address
If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been placed, please contact our Support team for assistance.
Otherwise, after the first delivery attempt, contact your carrier with your tracking info to request a change of delivery address.
Card Reader Invoice
The invoice for your SumUp Card Reader will be sent to the email address associated with your profile once we have confirmed your purchase. Feel free to contact our Support team if you need another copy.
