Change your bank details
You can change the bank account associated with your SumUp profile by calling our Support team. We may need some documentation to verify the change:
Bank statement from your new account
Voided check from your new account
We'll confirm the change for you and the newly added account will become the default account for bank transfer payouts for bank account payouts.
Update account holder
Email us with a request to change the account holder for your registered bank account and a copy of a bank statement from the past 6 months with the following details:
For sole traders, the name on the bank account associated with your SumUp profile must match the name of the profile owner or your business name.
